Field Evaluation and Data Collection

This platform supports field teams who evaluate candidate distributors across Haiti. It combines a self-hosted KoboCollect and ODK Central server for data collection with a review dashboard for decisions.

Every new submission is posted by a Telegram bot to the team, with its photo and map position, so the office sees the field in near real time.

Zone tables built from GIS data keep the work organised by area.

The Challenge

Evaluations were scattered across paper forms, photos and messages. Reviewing them took a long time, quality varied from one visit to the next, and decisions were hard to trace.

The Solution

We set up a self-hosted collection server, designed the forms around the evaluation criteria, and built a review dashboard with maps, instant filters and recorded decisions. The Telegram bot closes the loop for the whole team.
