This management platform is built for borlette (lottery) points of sale in Haiti. It covers ticket sales and draws, winnings, cash handling, petty cash and reporting in one system.
A lightweight point-of-sale app runs on older Android devices, which are common in the field, and every money movement is recorded in a double-entry ledger.
The project is currently in development.
Points of sale handle large volumes of small cash transactions. Paper records and shared devices make it hard to track money, control who can do what, and trust the end-of-day numbers.
We designed a modular platform with granular permissions, PIN login and device binding, and a double-entry money ledger so every movement can be traced. The POS app is kept light so it runs well on older hardware.

The goal is clear accountability: every sale and every payout traceable, simpler reporting for owners, and a tool that works on the devices already in use. Results will be shared once the platform is live.
It works on the phones we already have, and for the first time the cash figures make sense.
