Local Server and Infrastructure Setup

We set up on-premise servers for organisations that want control over their own systems. Business applications and data run on hardware the organisation owns, with backups and monitoring in place.

Staff reach what they need through secure remote access, so work continues from the office or from home.

It suits organisations where connectivity, cost or data ownership make a purely cloud-based setup a poor fit.

The Challenge

Unreliable connectivity and recurring cloud costs make hosted tools hard to depend on. At the same time, teams were keeping important files and applications on individual computers with no backup.

The Solution

We designed and installed a local server environment, moved the key applications and data onto it, and added scheduled backups, secure remote access and monitoring. Staff were shown how to use it and who to call.

  • On-premise server installation
  • Self-hosted business applications
  • Centralised data storage
  • Scheduled backups
  • Secure remote access for staff
  • System monitoring
  • Access control by user
  • Handover and staff guidance

The Impact

The organisation keeps its data under its own roof, recovers quickly from failures, and depends less on the internet for daily work.
